1. It's my brother Greg's birthday. We have so many birthdays to remember this month. I was going to send him a card but was slothful and now its too late.
2. Wayne and I cleaned the garage today. How does it get so dirty? It was a BIG job. I swept, vacuumed, dusted and organized the shelves. We have a new load to take to the thrift store and now we have all the paints, tools etc. organized. My face was covered with dust when we were done. Wes came and borrowed the pickup so they can get a load of compost for their yard. Amy called to see if he was here yet. Emerson was chomping on the bit to get the family working in the yard.
3. We cleaned up and went to lunch at Shakey's for the salad bar and it really hit the spot. It seems each time we go that there is another thing missing though. This time there were no beets. Last time they had taken off the pudding. Maybe they are having a hard time making it. I hope they last. There aren't too many places to get a salad bar in Lehi.
4. Wayne took a nap and then worked in the yard pretty hard. He trimmed, mowed and weeded the rock wall. He is really a good worker at the office and at home. You won't find grass growing under his feet.
5. No dinner tonight....just cereal.
