1. We got up early and I cleaned the basement. I hadn't done a thorough job since before Christmas and before the grand kids came. I always know when they leave to check inside the couch cushions. I found 4 socks and more than that in candy wrappers. Those little buggers. It's easier to hide them than to take them to the trash.
2. Wayne and I took a whole car load of stuff to D.I. and we will probably have another load in the Spring. Tastes change, we (I) outgrew some clothes, we have some things that we just haven't used in years and some craft supplies I will never get done to since I don't tole paint much any more. I thought it would feel like we had a lot more room but it really doesn't. Well, maybe a little.
3. We went to South Jordan for dinner. I had a coupon worth $15 to
Famous Dave's BBQ place for my birthday. If you go online and register, most restaurants will send you free meals for your birthday. I have a free noodles meal at Noodles and Company, a free burger at Red robin, $10 good towards a meal at Carrabba's, a free milkshake at Arby's, and many more. I used the Carrabba's coupon and the $15 one for
Famous Dave's and that's probably all I'll use, but it's a nice perk.
4. We didn't have dinner because we were still full from lunch. I did manage to find a piece of chocolate though.
5. I'm reading a book Nancy loaned me ", The Baker's Wife". It's starting out very weird but I'll keep reading. It's kind of a Christian murder mystery.
