A quote that I love:

"My idea is that there is music in the air, music all around us. The world is full of it and you simply take as much as you require.

Edward Elger

I seem to require a lot. I have a song running in my head 24 hours a day. You can ask me at any moment to stop and tell me what my head is singing and I can tell you. I have a radio brain. Most the times I don't even realize it, it's just a sound track. But at times, at night when I'm trying to sleep it is hard to turn it off. Like the times when you get a song in your head and can't get it out..... even the dumb songs like I am stuck on a band-aid and a band-aid's stuck on me.
Or The wheels on the bus go round and round, or I looked out the window and what did I see....
You know what I mean. Music is in the air! Sometimes you catch it even when you don't want to.

I'm quite a moody person sometimes and music is the best medicine when I'm in a bad mood...especially show tunes from musicals...they always instantly lift my spirits and help me remember not to take things so seriously all the time so I sing along and I don't care who hears me !!!

I am the same way. Shon and I laugh because at any given moment I have a song "stuck" in my head. The weirdest part is that the tempo changes with my activity level...the more stressed out I am, the faster the music. :-)
