1. We ate breakfast at the hotel. (This is for Wayne so he will remember the food at each place). They had Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches along with the usual fare.    We stopped at a few businesses for Wayne and then we stopped at an antique store for me. The shop owner's husband had been in a accident and was paralyzed so she was running it alone. It used to have a restaurant inside of it too, but after his accident she couldn't run it by herself so now they live on disability and the proceeds of the antique store go to charity. She says that have helped 67 other families so far. I bought a vintage hand grinder for nuts.
2.We returned home from Burley with no incident.  I always worry just a little when we travel that a car accident is possible.  Wayne is a good driver, and unlike me, has a great sense of direction.  We picked up Fozzie from Amy's home.
Amy said he was a little jumpy while we were gone.  Wes has been working on their basement and the construction noises scared him.  Amy's apricot tree was in full bloom
 and was beautiful.  Too bad she doesn't like apricots.
3.  I had chorus tonight and actually got home before 10:30 and I was grateful.  I was tired and ready for bed.  Cory eliminated a couple of songs that just weren't gelling so that will make it a little easier to practice.  It sounded pretty good tonight.
4.  I drove to chorus tonight.  I picked up Whitney, made sure I had my water bottle, cleaned up the car a little and when I got there, I realized I had forgotten my music and had to go back home and get it. First time I have ever done that.  Grrrr  I was still on time though, as we had gone early.
5.   Wayne was still up to greet me when I got home.  He usually isn't.  I gave the bed one more coat of paint before I turned in.  I think it will need one more coat tomorrow and it will be done.
