1.  Colett came over at 10:30, we picked up Amy and Emerson and met Wayne at the City Creek shopping mall for lunch at the food court.  Colett and I had Gyros, Amy and E had a Subway sandwich and Wayne had a Cuban chicken sandwich.  Then we walked around for an hour before Wayne had to get back to work.  It is a lovely place to shop with the creek going through the middle of it and with the overhead retractable ceiling.  Which, by the way, was closed today because of the snow storm all morning.  I thought maybe I'd find an Easter dress.  I haven't bought one for several years.  I didn't find anything.  The clothes right now are not my style at all.  They are really bright, crazy patterned with dolmen sleeves or raglan sleeves, and either really short, see through or of poor polyester quality and expensive.  I may resort to sewing again.
2.  We dropped Amy off to get her car which was in the shop.  She needed to get home and get E out to his cousins so they could go to dinner.  Colett and I persevered and went to TJ Maxx (I found a skirt but no top) and then to IKEA.  I got Millie's birthday gift.
3.  My feet were hurting after many hours on them.  I knew they would so I had packed some flip flops and changed into them and had immediate relief.  I am glad the weather turned better for bare toes.
4.  I stayed up a while to watch HGTV and the Food Network to wind down.  I turned the TV very low and am glad Wayne can sleep at the drop of a hat.
5.  Today is Shon's 42nd birthday.  We called him and all talked.  He was pretty down.  He was supposed to go home to Billings for his birthday but the weather didn't cooperate.  I had sent his birthday gift there so Kee forwarded it on to him.  He was alone with no gifts, no cake, no family, and was off work because of good Friday.  He rented a couple of movies.  Not the best birthday.  They have to get their house sold the the family moved to him.
