1. I was a little distracted at church today. Amy and Emerson came to church with me and I was probably paying more attention to him than the talks.
2. Emerson was adamant that he would not go to primary and said over and over that he did not want to go. When we tried to find out why, he just couldn't verbalize why. He is not normally afraid or too shy. Amy and I went into opening exercises and sat with him for the first 20 minutes. Finally he slowly walked to the class and sat down. Then he turned and flicked his fingers for us to leave. We found out later he asked the teacher if he could be the leader going to the classroom. He had a great time and loved being there. Go figure.
3. Lisa Cook taught Relief Society and did a great job.
4. Wayne and Wes went to Amy and Wes' home to work on the duct work. They have no heat and need to get it fixed. The ox was in the mire today.
5. I cooked a turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and we had green beans. It felt like Thanksgiving, especially as we looked outside and saw all the snow falling. We didn't have a family dinner because we didn't know when the men would return. I missed the Yarro clan today.
