1.  Wilford got up early to tend to the cows on the mountain so we packed up and went to Colleen and Mike's.  Colleen took us all the the pasture to see her horses.  She has a pet miniature horse named Petey and a larger horse that is at least 28 years old and the kids got to feed them.  The horse put his head right into the cab of the pickup to eat.  On the way to the pasture, she stopped and gave everyone a leaf and taught the kids how to fold it and make a whistle.  I already knew how.  I am a rural girl too, you know.
She also let the kids and me ride the rhino and stir up some dust and grasshopper villages.
2.  Colleen knows how much I love Bing candy bars and she had a Bing and a coke for me .  Now that is a good friend.
3.  We went to Cowley and Mom had made us lunch.  She knows how much we love her potato salad, and even though it's time consuming, I felt the love with which she made it.  We also had fresh beets, squash, ham and zucchini bread. It was nice to have a home cooked meal for a change.
4.  Amy and Colett went to Lovell shopping and found great deals on lace at the little fabric store there and in the Red Apple grocery store. Wes and Wayne measured our lot there to decide how to build the house to fit the lot.
5.  We then drove to Montana and visited with Kee and kids and then went on out to Marjie and Tractor Jim's as Emerson calls him.  We all stayed at Jim and Marjie's home tonight.  They are so sweet and accommodating and Marjie always has a little treat for us to eat.  This time it was chex cereal and fresh coconut covered with some kind of sweet coating.  Another recipe I need in case I decide to cook.
The kids have been really good and Millie and Isabelle slept on the floor but didn't seem to mind.
