What a joyful Mother's Day I had. Church was wonderful. Our friend Jim gave a great sermon, then I had choir practice and sang a beautiful song. My daughters and their families came for dinner which Wayne cooked, I received gifts from my daughters....a handmade necklace and a craft store gift card in a cute shopping bag, a die cutting machine from Wayne and chocolate dipped strawberries from my dear friend Laura. (There were 3 strawberries on that plate. What happened to the other one?) I made chocolate lava cakes which is a great way to top off the evening. The weather was good for the most part and I talked to my dear mother. Then to make it even better I watched TV and that "hottie" Michael Buble' sing a little ditty to me. Well, maybe not JUST to me, but in my mind I think it was. At least I am sure I was his inspiration. He must have remembered me from when I went to his concert a couple of years ago. It doesn't matter that he is young enough to be my son, truly. Wink!! Thank you everyone for making my day.
