My son and his family are here for Easter. It has been almost a year since they were here last and we have missed them.

We had a big family dinner for Easter, charades, egg dyeing, movies, picture taking, craft days,

a couple of tantrums, more food, staying up late, cousins getting to be with cousins again, shopping, conference, lots of messes, more food, good visiting, some illnesses, lots of laptop googling, jokes, Easter egg hunts, new shoes and more food. I can find the joy in all of it except maybe the illnesses and the pounds that will I be accruing next week.
