I really do like to drink water. It's my drink of choice anytime, anywhere. I am hesitant to order it at restaurants though, because some of the water I have been given is pretty nasty. I will end up ordering a diet coke after all because sometimes the chlorine is so strong I can't drink it, or it is just nasty. I found a product that I LOVE, and I mean LOVE. It is called True Lemon. It comes in little packets that you tear open and pour into your glass or bottle of water. I got a free sample in the mail and thought it would have that artificial taste that so many flavorings have, but it tastes just like I just put a lemon wedge in my water. That's because it is real crystallized lemon, and nothing else. They also make True Orange and True Lime that are excellent too. Some stores haven't started carrying it yet, but I found mine at Smith's. You need to try it. You can also find coupons online for money off. I haven't made lemonade with it yet but it would be easy to just plop some sugar or Splenda in your glass, and voila....instant lemonade.

Yum and it's natural...I have been taking Crystal Light to Go everywhere with me ( cheaper than ordering a soda when you eat out too ) I'll check and see if I can find that stuff. Since we've been on Weight Watchers, I'm all about healthy and natural and coupons to boot ? Yeah !
