1. Wayne got to play gold again. He says he did not play well bur had a lot of fun. While he was gone I just watched HGTV, read a while and waited for Amy and Emerson.
2. I cleaned toilets, etc. to try to have semi-clean house for the week-end.
3. Wayne mowed the lawn and with the help of Emerson, pulled up all the dying plants and weeds. The yard looks about ready to prep it for winter except.......see #4
4. I have iris blooming again. They already had their glory in the spring. I cut them all back when they had turned brown and said good-by until next year. Why are they blooming again? Maybe it's the nice Fall. At any rate, they are beautiful and smell heavenly. I had to get a photo because it will probably not happen again.
5. We went to Arby's for lunch and then to Old Navy to try to find Emerson some Sunday clothes. We did, and I also found men's V-neck T-shirts on sale for $2.00. There weren't many left but I grabbed two to sleep in. There is nothing more comfortable. I also got a jacket that was $44.00 for $11.00. We just hit the right day. Wayne got t-shirts too and the whole bill was $20.00.
