1. We got the old Ford pickup going again for the year and it started right up. We will get it emission inspected tomorrow. It is a real work horse especially for being 21 years old. We got it in 1990 and have had almost no problems other than peeling paint and a fixed ignition when it was practically new.
2. After about a year of hacking on my own hair, I went and got it professionally trimmed up and layered a little. It always amazes me how just a little hair cut can make me feel so good.
3. Got a new plum tree for the back yard from Costco. They are very tall and only $40. They would be over a hundred dollars anywhere else. Lots of people must have felt the same because our Costco had tons of them on Wednesday and were out on Friday. We went to Draper to get one there and by the time we got there there were only 2 left.
4. Got all my spices alphabetized. I love being able to just turn the rack and pick out what I need. Someone else in this house doesn't think it's that important and gets them messed up quite frequently, but since he does most of the cooking, I let it slide.
5. Visiting with Colett on the phone. Millie and Isabelle have both had the flu but seem to be doing better. I hope everyone is better for Easter ham and Easter egg hunts.
